Eduardo (Eddie) De Leon, Broker, R/W-NAC is an experienced Right of Way agent with 15 years of experience in negotiations and acquisitions. In addition, Eddie has an additional 12 years of banking experience reading surveys, clearing title commitments, reviewing appraisal reports, and compliance.

Eddie is a Mission, Texas native and is committed to serving the Rio Grande Valley. He obtained his BBA in Finance from the University of Texas Pan-American. He also has a Texas Real Estate Broker License (#434131 and #9011285).

Senior Acquisition Agent

Ruben De Leon has 14 years of experience in negotiating and acquiring real property in fee and property management. In addition to negotiations, Ruben is highly experienced in all phases of land acquisition, such as: title research, appraisal review, and title curative to name a few.

Ruben was raised in Mission, Texas and he currently resides in the area with his family. He obtained his BBA in Business Management from the University of Texas Pan-American and is licensed in Real Estate (License #492468).
